Ukraine’s Armed Forces are continuing strikes on Russian military targets in occupied Ukrainian territories and inside Russia to weaken Moscow’s offensive capabilities, the Ukrainian General Staff said on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The aim is to prevent a build-up of Russian forces before any attempts at a spring offensive.

Overnight attacks included a hit on a Russian repair unit in the village of Yalta in the occupied Donetsk region. In the occupied Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian forces struck a drone pilot training center, an FPV drone production site near Komysh-Zoria, and Russian troop concentrations around Khliborobne.

A drone command post linked to Russia’s Rubikon centre was also hit near Vysoke in the same region, while another Russian drone command post was struck near Tyotkino in Russia’s Kursk region. Separately, Ukrainian troops targeted a fuel and lubricants depot near Fedorivka in the occupied Donetsk region.

The General Staff said damage assessments are ongoing and noted that the strikes are part of a wider campaign against Russian drone infrastructure and military facilities, including a recent attack on missile preparation hangars at the Kapustin Yar test site.
