According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office, Israeli forces arrested 22 Palestinians in the city of Tubas on Wednesday. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that medics treated 10 people who were injured due to “brutal beatings” during the operation, with four individuals transferred to a hospital for additional care.
On Monday, an IDF reservist was recorded kicking a Palestinian man lying on the roadside after he and several others had been detained near Ramallah. The IDF announced that “the conduct of the forces is under review.”
In the Masafer Yatta area of the West Bank, settlers were seen harassing Palestinians, based on footage obtained by Haaretz and accounts from local residents. The video showed several settlers—one carrying a club and another on horseback—shouting at villagers and attempting to force them away. Palestinian sources reported that four people were injured in the incident.
Later on Wednesday, Palestinian reports said that settlers attacked farmers in a village south of Bethlehem. When local residents arrived and tried to drive the settlers away, IDF forces at the scene fired tear gas to disperse the crowd.
